
3rd December – Algebra Puzzle
Here is our 3rd December question and answer for the Daily in December: Maths Puzzles and Problems series. Have fun talking to your children about this Christmas themed maths algebra puzzle.

I hope you and your children have a brilliant time solving this puzzle. This is often a popular question type that is enjoyable to solve.
3rd December – Algebra Puzzle Question
Look at the candy canes, baubles and stars to try to work out the values that these pictures represent. Discuss with your child what you need to do first. Think about what steps your child needs take to solve this puzzle. This is a fun question to answer. The algebra puzzle might need some extra thinking time needed to solve it.
